Thank you for your business! All orders placed will be processed for shipping within 72 business hours unless otherwise stated or selected. You will receive an invoice and confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please double check your information and make sure the correct shipping method is selected as we are not liable for lost packages and cannot refund shipping costs!

International & Military Orders

Currently, we only ship to the United States due to cosmetic regulations. We do, however, ship to military bases within the U.S.

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL unless you send an email within 24 hours. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made so please don't hesitate to email us along with your order number so that we may issue a refund or change an address.

All of our ingredients and descriptions are listed on each product's page. I urge you to read them carefully as we do not issue refunds due to a product's performance expectations not being met or an ingredient that is present.

Damaged Products

If your shipment of Pure Form Cosmetics is defective, you must send an email to [email protected] along with pictures of the damaged package within 48 hours of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] and you may choose the option of a refund or replacement.

Privacy Policy

We only use your information for shipping, sending coupons, and notifying you of promotions if you sign up for our newsletter. We will not sell, rent, or give your information to third parties.

Coupons and Promotions

Only 1 promotion/coupon can be used at a time. Whenever we run a store wide promotion, all other coupons will be disabled. Promotions cannot be used on subscription boxes unless stated. Please email us at [email protected] if you have trouble applying a coupon.

Payment  Options 

If you would like to pay for your order with a check or money order,  please send us an email at [email protected] with your list of items you would like to purchase and your coupon code if applicable.
